Cancellations:     Registrations are refundable for cancellations received by COB three working days before the event, unless otherwise notified, less a $25.00 Administration Fee; however you may substitute another delegate from your organisation at no additional fee.

No refunds can be issued after that date

C3i reserves the right to reschedule an event, however as much notice as possible will be given. If you have already registered and paid, we will contact you re your abilty to attend on the new date, and refund your payment if necessary.
